Hey hey hey, Happy Friday! Today is my off day, so I’m pretty happy about that! So, I’ve really been trying to get back into a good workout routine lately. My favorite workouts are barre and strength training. I also enjoy going on walks with Kingsley! I used to go to a boutique fitness studio, but my favorite one closed and then my schedule didn’t fit with the one I’ve recently been going to anymore 🙁 I didn’t workout at all for a while, and now I’m getting back into it. Since we got our Apple TV, I’ve been using YouTube and Pinterest to workout!
I warmup with some Zumba on YouTube. Here are some of my favorites:

Next, I do my barre/strength workout. Generally I like some sort of circuit and I usually do 10 reps of each workout and the whole workout 3 times. I use 3 and 5 pound weights. Here is my Pinterest board with my favorites:

Some days, I just don’t have it in me for the entire workout. I’ll do 30 minutes of cardio or just some yoga/stretching. Here are my favorite videos for those days:

That is my favorite way to workout right now! I’m actually getting in workouts at least 4 days a week, so it’s a pretty successful routine for me! What are your favorite ways to workout? Do you have any awesome YouTube workouts? I’m always looking for new things, so I’d love to check them out!
